Allocate from Surplus Funds up to but not more than $5,000 to outfit the new GSG offices.

Suspend the current constitutional provision 5.d. that “Voting Representatives and Alternates must be in residence and duly enrolled in the Graduate School” for the current GSG Treasurer, allowing him to continue serve out the remainder of his term as Treasurer, although not currently enrolled in a graduate program at Michigan Tech.
